DISABILITY ACCESS
Both the Comic Con Scotland event and The Royal Highland Centre venue are completely disabled friendly with full access to all areas of the event.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
There are disabled toilet facilities inside the public toilet areas.
MOTORISED SCOOTER AND WHEELCHAIRS
Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are allowed in public parts of the venue, and guide dogs are welcome in The Royal Highland Centre. Wheelchairs are not provided and therefore customers need to bring their own if required.
DISABILITY ACCESS TICKETS
We now have a dedicated email inbox for Personal Assistant applications and Accessible Fast Track Tickets for disabled customers. Any queries regarding these tickets for any of our events now go to this email address monopolyaccessibility@ticketquarter.co.uk
We have done this for a faster response time and swifter service for customers with additional support needs.
Please note, Personal Assistant tickets tickets for those under the age of 16 are not necessary as anyone under 16 must have adult supervision at the event regardless.
From 2023 we have a new system coming into play to make things more efficient. If you want to apply for an Accessible Fast Track Ticket and a Personal Assistant Ticket, firstly purchase your ticket as normal for yourself. You then contact the above email with your proof of ticket purchase and your application for an Accessible Fast Track Ticket and Personal Assistant Ticket if needed within 7 days of the purchase.

If accepted the carer will receive a non-value personal assistant ticket.
For any accessible fast track enquiries, please email the address above and the team will be able to look into this for you, though these are subject to availability.
